Travel cost maximization in uncertain economy is on the agenda

Hotel Reservation Service, or?HRS, held the 2013 Global Corporate Travel Forum in Shanghai. Business travel expenditure was $18 billion in 2000, $62 billion in 2010 and is expected to reach $277 billion in 2020, according to the World Travel and Tourism Council.

Chinese travel market also face many challenges, including the limited experience of travel cost management of corporates and the low level of synergy of travel industry.
