Finance: ICBC sees end-2006 NPL ratio at 3.9%(AFX News)Updated: 2006-12-28 14:36 The Industrial and Commercial Bank of China expects to have a non-performing loans (NPLs) ratio of 3.9 percent at the end of 2006, falling to 3.5 percent by end 2007, Niu Ximing, vice president of the bank told a finance forum.
