Forum hears the challenges faced by domestic brands

The government will continue to encourage domestic automotive companies to invest overseas and operate businesses abroad, an official of the Ministry of Commerce said at a recent forum.

"Overseas investment can bring many benefits to the auto industry," said Chen Lin, commercial counselor for the department of outward investment and economic cooperation at the Ministry of Commerce.
