China has more than 740 million people who are exposed to second-hand tobacco smoke, Huang Jiefu, chairman of China Association on Tobacco Control, said at a forum on Monday. The country has more than 300 million smokers and around 1.2 million people die each year of tobacco-related diseases, according to the association.
