The amount of money Beijing Capital Group Co and Fengdong New Town in Shannxi province are going to invest to build a cultural tourism industry base east of Epang Palace Heritage Park, where construction will soon start. There was a man-made attraction built with an investment of 200 million yuan ($32.6 million) near the historic site before, but it was demolished after 13 years' operation.
