Chef Paul Lau, mastermind behind The Ritz-Carlton Hong Kong hotel-restaurant Tin Lung Heen that has been awarded two Michelin Stars, visits The Ritz-Carlton Beijing, Financial Street's Qi Chinese Restaurant from April 22-28.
