China Development Bank (CDB) recently issued its 2009 social responsibility report, the third of its kind after the bank joined the United Nations Global Compact (UNGC).

Its first report in 2007 was named a Notable Report by the UNGC.

As a development financial institution, CDB has not only maintained good financial performance, but also made remarkable progress in fulfilling its social responsibilities.
