The biggest-size real estate agency, American 21st Century Real Estate Agency is going to march into Chengdu this year, Zhang Xiangdong said yesterday, CEO of 21st Century Real Estate Agency in China and company has fulfilled former period survey for Chengdu market.
The survey shows that about 100,000 families in Chengdu had requirement to change houses, thus the second-hand house exchange will offer 100 million yuan benefit every year in Chengdu.
