HONG KONG - An earthquake measuring 5.0 on the Richter scale jolted 21km ENE of Pingtung, Taiwan at 20:51:39 GMT on Saturday, the U.S. Geological Survey said.
The epicenter, with a depth of 10.0 km, was initially determined to be at 22.7749 degrees north latitude and 120.663 degrees east longitude.
