Changsha-based online game operator Talkweb Ltd said it is planning to build the largest animation and mobile game park in Central China.

The 60-hectare park will produce mainly online gaming apps and animations, said Talkweb. The company added that the total turnover of gaming and animation industry in Hunan province is on track to hit 20 billion yuan ($3.3 billion) after the park starts to operate.

Talkweb is a leading Internet company and online gaming operator based in Hunan. It said the monthly revenue of its popular app Plants vs Zombies has exceeded 18 million yuan.

The game, developed by the United States mobile game developer PopCap Games, was on top of China's app stores both on the iOS and Android platforms.
