Construction site in NE China catches fire

HARBIN - A fire broke out at the construction site of a building at midday Wednesday in Northeast China's Heilongjiang province.
Heavy smoke is spiralling out of the site in Xiangfang District of the provincial capital Harbin. Constructions workers were spotted near the site, and no casualties have been reported yet.
Firemen are rushing to the site.
