Head-on car crash kills 6 in E China

JINAN - At least six people were killed and two others injured in a head-on collision in East China's Shandong province Saturday, traffic police said.

A sedan carrying three people slammed another sedan carrying five people at 3:30 am on a bridge in Dezhou city.

Two people died at the site and four died later in hospital.

The two injured are in stable condition.

Traffic police officers are investigating the cause of the accident.
