A wealthy woman was spotted sitting in the back of her chauffer-driven sedan while walking her dog on a street in Sanya, Hainan province, last Wednesday.
Witnesses, who couldn't stop laughing, said the woman was holding on to the leash while her car was slowly moving along the city's Fenghuang road.
"I had never seen anything like this before," said a man, who claimed to have clicked several photographs of the scene.
