Athlete comes to the aid of police officer father

With help from his athletic young son, a police officer from Dalian, Liaoning, caught a man suspected of cheating a stall-keeper at a market out of his gold ring.

Seeing the man running away from the market, the police officer gave chase, but could not keep up. To his surprise, his son rushed past him and caught the suspect.

They took the suspect to the police station where he was taken into custody.
