Despite death, boy enters college

Updated: 2006-09-26 14:44 Parents of a middle school student from Chengdu of Sichuan Province enrolled their son in a college in Mianyang last week after his death, as a way to realize his wish of studying there. The 19-year-old student died of viral myocarditis late July soon after he got an enrolment notification from the college. Before his death, his parents had promised to enrol him in the college.
