Internet addiction undermines new marriage

A couple who fell in love through their interest in Internet games have divorced just three months after tying the knot, as a result of the husband's obsession with the pastime.

Zhang, 25, was addicted to Internet games when she was a college student. She met her husband over the Internet and they secretly married after she became pregnant.

However, her new husband failed to live up to his promise to quit the habit.

And when she had a miscarriage in May, her husband showed no concern for her, sitting in front of the computer day and night. At the end of her tether, Zhang finally decided to divorce her uncaring spouse.
