Peng Shizeng, 55, used to be a shoe designer at Jinan leather shoe factory in East China's Shandong province. In 1990s, the factory went out of business due to poor management. Laid-off, Peng began to make miniature leather shoes. He set up a workshop and began creating pairs of special miniature leather shoes. His smallest creation is only 8 millimeters long, which took him several days to finish.
