Guangqu Jinmao Palace, a luxury residential project, signed a strategic corporation with French high-end clothes brand Elysée YANG on Monday to develop tailored-made decorations for its luxury products.

Customer-tailored service is quite common in the fashion sector but a new concept in the residential industry. According to the top management of Franshion Properties (China) Limited, the Hong Kong-listed real estate arm under Sinochem Group and the developer of Jinmao Palace, offering customer-tailored services will become a trend in the high-end residential sector.

Guangqu Jinmao Palace has opened four sample rooms, offering different choices for its customers. And the average price of its 34 apartment units stood at 30 million yuan ($4.8 million).
