Tram-truck collision causes four injuries in The Hague

THE HAGUE -- A tram and a truck collided on Monday afternoon in Ypenburg, a district in the southeast of The Hague, the Netherlands, leaving four people injured, local media reported.
According to the regional public broadcaster Omroep West, the accident occurred shortly after 4:30 pm local time (1530 GMT). Four people were slightly injured, including two passengers. A police spokesperson said none of the injured needed to be transported to the hospital.
Emergency services, including ambulances and the fire department, arrived at the site.
Both vehicles sustained significant damage. The front of the truck and the front section of the tram were heavily damaged in the collision. The drivers involved were examined as part of the investigation.
