Shanghai is the center and beating heart of German business in China, said Maximilian Butek, executive director and board member of the German Chamber of Commerce in China, East China region.
Butek said Shanghai stands out for its openness to communication and its prompt, practical approach to addressing business challenges.
"The government is listening to our concerns and finding fast solutions," he said.
