Since the initiative's launch in 2021, the GASC has been curating the library to promote high-quality voluntary sports services and encourage broader public participation in physical fitness. With this latest addition, a total of 373 projects have been incorporated into the library between 2021 and 2025.

The newly selected projects encompass a diverse range of public service categories, including rural vitalization, youth sports, elderly and childcare support, assistance for persons with disabilities, and the integration of sports with health initiatives. The scope also extends to grassroots community development and providing services in border regions.
