The "2025 Discover China Cultural Tour" program, tailored to diplomats in China, was launched at Beijing Daxing International Airport on March 20.

Vice-Minister of Culture and Tourism Gao Zheng and Argentine Ambassador to China Marcelo Gabriel Suarez Salvia attended the event and delivered speeches. The ceremony gathered 50 diplomats, including nine foreign ambassadors and representatives from international organizations.

Salvia said that the "Discover China Cultural Tour" program offers a unique opportunity to strengthen bonds of friendship and cooperation.

"China, with its impressive cultural heritage, world-class infrastructure, and, above all, the warmth and hospitality of its people, has become a global example of how to successfully and sustainably open up to international tourism," he said.

"The 'Discover China Cultural Tour' is not just a tourism program but an invitation to build bridges of understanding and cooperation. It is an opportunity to discover a modern, vibrant, and diverse China, and for China to further explore the cultural and human richness of our countries," Salvia added.
