The chef of one-Michelin-starred Il Ristorante, Niko Romito, unveils a special holiday menu curated with exceptional craftsmanship taking taste buds on a new journey. On Dec 24 and 25, the Italian restaurant will present a festive dinner of delectable dishes to enhance the festive atmosphere.

Dinner begins with the signature Warm Blue Lobster Salad — a delicate blend of tender lobster with sweet celery root, mixed greens and a touch of pink pepper, which combines richness with a refreshing crunch enhanced by an aromatic kick.

A standout main course is the M9 Wagyu Tenderloin with Brandy Sauce and Black Truffle. This tender, juicy steak is a perfect centerpiece to celebrate the holidays.

Chef Niko Romito's Il Panettone is unmissable for gatherings during the holiday season. The Italian bread is fragrant and airy, traditionally served during winter holidays to bring more joy.

Bvlgari Bar also offers an afternoon tea that highlights a selection of delicacies, such as fruitcake, mini panettone and smoked salmon with Arhat Beans. These fresh bites are sweet and savory and paired with rich hot chocolate available only during the festive season.

As evening falls, guests can transition to the bar's chic atmosphere along the Liangma River, where the starry sky sets the scene for a sophisticated cocktail experience. Bvlgari Bar introduces five exclusive holiday cocktails, including the standout Birch. This Calvados-based cocktail combines Roots Mastiha and Birch Liqueur, offering a balanced infusion of pear and orange bitters.
