Guiding these budding talents are veteran actress Qin Hailu and actor Zhou Yiwei, who serve as mentors throughout the program. The participants, mostly university students, are paired off to collaborate on performances, fostering teamwork and synergy.
"Acting is a mystical art. It's not a formula but a skill that requires extensive cultivation. Only when one's abilities mature can they truly grasp the essence of this craft," remarked Qin.
