Individual income tax revenue is closely related to people's income. News outlet Yicai released a top 10 ranking recently based on the 2023 budget performance and 2024 drafted budget of provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities.
The personal income tax revenue here only refers to the individual income tax revenue in the local general public budget revenue, excluding the part paid to the central government.
