Many folk artists and intangible cultural heritage inheritors participated in the event. The visitors experienced a series of activities,such as calligraphy and tea ceremony, finding out more about Chinese culture.

The delegation was from Kaifeng area of China (Henan) pilot free trade zone, the only district specialized in cultural industries among the 67 sections of a total of 21 pilot free trade zones in China.
