Chinese long jumper Wang Jianan, who won the first long jump gold medal for China at the 2022 World Athletics Championships, joins Generation Z's Words to share his stories about track-and-field sports and encourage Gen Zers to pursue their dreams.

When asked about who his athletic heroes are, Wang said there are many, such as Liu Xiang, Li Jinzhe, and Su Bingtian, who impacted his attitude toward training.
