Clarence Ling, chairman of the Y. Elites Association, says the process of voting for Sunday's 2021 Legislative Council election is smooth, with a nice atmosphere.
As a Hong Kong resident, he says he thinks that it is important for everyone in the city to elect a new LegCo that can assist the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region and the country, and to prove that they are able to bring benefits.
