Xi leads ecological protection of Yellow River

President Xi Jinping inspected the estuary of the Yellow River in the city of Dongying, East China's Shandong province, on Wednesday.
The Yellow River is deemed as China's "Mother River" and "the Cradle of Chinese civilization". Hailing the river's importance as an ecological barrier, Xi has led China's efforts in promoting its ecological protection in recent years.
