Shanghai's Mayor Gong Zheng said at the meeting that Shanghai will continue its efforts to further open up. The city will also focus on exploring more new innovative economic drivers to enhance the quality of economic growth, said Gong.
Former IBLAC chairman G. Richard Wagoner Jr said that Shanghai has to be one of the centers of digital transformation, which has been accelerated by COVID-19.
