A video of senior citizens imitating characters in famous paintings has gone viral on short-video platform Douyin.
In the videos, the 10 seniors, who reside in the Shanghai Yangpu Community Nursing Home, dressed up and posed as characters in paintings such as Girl with a Pearl Earring and The Scream. A professional photographer who was invited by the nursing home helped take the photos.
