4 new coronavirus cases confirmed in Shanghai

Shanghai announced on Friday that four new coronavirus pneumonia cases were confirmed the previous day, taking the total confirmed cases in the city to 20 by midnight Thursday.
The Shanghai Municipal Health Commission said on Friday morning that one of the new confirmed patients is in critical condition. He is 68 years old and suffers from chronic obstructive emphysema.
The commission said that another 88-year-old man confirmed on Wednesday is still in critical condition and the other 18 patients are in stable condition.
Altogether, 34 suspected patients are under medical observation in the city.
