What is responsibility? Professor Jin said to take responsibility is to take a stand and dare to do it personally. Without responsibility, honesty becomes an empty talk, and loyalty becomes a slogan. If you call for loyalty every day but not dare to take a stand at the critical moment, and if you study every day but do nothing and take no responsibility, all these are meaningless.

Who are generals? If generals are not benevolent, brave, smart, wise, acute, alert and powerful, the army will be in disorder. In 1947, the People's Liberation War was about to change from strategic defense to strategic attack. Mao Zedong asked four "dares" in a row: dare we attack cities after we have been fighting guerilla wars in the countryside for a long time? Dare we defend the city after entering the city? Dare we fight regular and tough battles? Dare we shoulder communists' responsibilities for solving the problems of food and clothing for such a large population in such a large country?
