"No matter where you are, there is always someone right here for you!" From 6 in the morning to 11 at night, at the ZS Institute there is a group of volunteers picking up calls from across the country, and from overseas Chinese all over the world. They are the perfect examples of everyday heroes.
The ZSI 400 hotline volunteers believe Chinese culture is a lighthouse for all.
