Editor's note: The year 2019 marks the 25th anniversary of China's access to the internet. By June this year, the total number of Chinese netizens reached 854 million. The international community considers it a miracle and expressed their excitement on the rapid development of the internet in China at the sixth World Internet Conference in Wuzhen, East China's Zhejiang province.
