An Edinburgh pilates studio is offering a workout with a difference – Scotland's first pygmy goat pilates sessions.
Taking place on a beautiful farm in Fife, twin goats Mabel and Hazel add an unexpected element to the classes.
The goats hop on top of people as they perform their pilates stretches, giving participants impromptu massages.
Edinburgh-based pilates instructor Jo Munro came up with the idea following a trip to the US.
