Belt and Road must be "open, green development road": Xi

The joint development of the Belt and Road Initiative is to build an open development road, which must be a green development road at the same time, Xi said Sunday.

This is an important consensus reached by the participants of the just concluded Second Belt and Road Forum for International Cooperation, Xi said.

China is willing to work with other countries to make Earth a beautiful homeland and build a community with a shared future for humanity, Xi added.
