International Fashion Week kicks off in Xi’an

International Fashion Week 2019 opened on Thursday evening with a grand opening ceremony at Big Wild Goose Pagoda (Dayan Ta) square in Xi'an, Northwest China's Shaanxi province. Clothing and makeup with Chinese flair allowed the audience at the opening ceremony to experience the charm of the Tang Dynasty (618-907).
The event will last for six days. It includes a variety of activities such as fashion shows unveiling new designs, fashion-themed forums, a music festival connected to fashion trends as well as other exhibitions. The fashion week demonstrates the confidence of fashion in Xi'an.
