We are very much encouraged by President Xi's remarks.

We agree with President Xi's views on the development of the global economy and trade, particularly on the following points:

The Chinese economy's rapid development is bringing enormous opportunities for multinationals like Dell. We hope that China will pay attention not only to emerging industries, but also to the digital transformation of traditional industries, leveraging the digital economy and AI to help traditional industries create new models and new business, to join in the transformation called for by President Xi.

Dell hopes to work with our Chinese partners and leverage our experience to drive progress in this area.

We agree with President Xi's view on globalization and inclusive development. Over the past decades, our country, our businesses, and we ourselves have all benefited from globalization. The history of human development is about exchange and integration. We are looking forward to the opportunities that globalization brings to countries across the world, and hope that everyone on this planet can enjoy the benefits of free trade as we build a better and happier future for the world in which we live.

In the past 40 years of reform and opening-up, China has undergone tremendous changes. During this period, the economy has been developing continuously, rapidly, and healthily, and people's living standards have improved significantly. Dell's success in China is a great example of the success of China's reform and opening-up, achieved through close integration and win-win cooperation. As one top government official mentioned in his meeting with Mr Michael Dell, the healthy development of Dell in China is strong proof of the success of China's reform and opening-up.

In recent years, with the continuous expansion of China's economic scale, the integration of China's economy with the global economy is deepening. With the acceleration of China's digital transformation, foreign-funded enterprises, including Dell Technologies have ushered in tremendous development opportunities.

In President Xi's keynote speech this morning, he reiterated that China will not close its door to the world and will only become more and more open, which was very encouraging. Now, China's economy is shifting from high-speed growth to high-quality development, which will create numerous development opportunities. Dell Technologies remains fully confident on our long-term development in China.
