Photos of food delivery workers holding a bundle of cables to ensure traffic safety on a street in Harbin, capital of Northeast China's Heilongjiang province, became popular on the internet Monday.
Bai Zhenhua, who was working for Eleme Waimai, discovered the cable fell on the street, which greatly affected traffic safety.
