Artists perform Chinese original opera Rabe's Diary at the 3rd Chinese Opera Festival at Jiangsu Grand Theatre in Nanjing, capital of East China's Jiangsu province, Jan 10, 2018. Rabe's Diary, written by German John Rabe, recorded the atrocities committed by the Japanese troops he witnessed in Nanjing from September in 1937 to the following February, including the notorious Nanjing Massacre marked on Dec 13, 1937, in which more than 300,000 Chinese were killed.
