Paintings and Calligraphic Works of Zhao Mengfu, an exhibition held at the Palace Museum in Beijing from Sep 6 to Dec 5, has attracted many art lovers nationwide. They went to the museum to appreciate the works, or posted comments and impressions on social media. The most popular comment was from Maxwell K. Hearn, Asian section director of New York’s Metropolitan Museum of Art, saying "The person I most want to talk with overnight is Zhao Mengfu."

There are three special points to take from this exhibition: first, it is not easy to have the opportunity to appreciate so many of Zhao’s authentic works; second, it is hard to see so many classic works at a time; third, it is a rare to see so many works of masters relevant to Zhao Mengfu.
