On the occasion of the 90th anniversary of the founding of the People's Liberation Army, celebrations are held across the country to commemorate the history and tradition of the army.

Exhibitions, performances, cultural events and sporting activities are taking place across China. Soldiers in active service, veterans, and civilians all participate in the events.
